Vintage Pair of Erik Buch Bar Stools

1,200.00

Original (not reproduction) danish modern bar stools designed by Erik Buch in 1964 with organic, smooth construction and built-n footrests. Bar stool design has striking, sculptural walnut structure which is characteristic of the inimitable danish design tradition but also harkens to late midcentury American designers like Adrian Pearsall. The smooth form of the wood creates an airy feeling though the stools are solid as they are beautiful to behold.. The curvy seat adorned in their original top grain black leather provides ergonomic comfort and supports the natural seating position of most bodies. Bar stools are in excellent condition except one of the seats has visible wear and the new owner might wish to recover. We’ve photographed the imperfection of the one stool for your perusal. Grab two originals here for a fair price, but we won’t mice words with you. If you don’t care much about authenticity you probably can find reproduction versions for much less in big box on-line arenas as this is a popular rebooted model they’ve been dishing out now for a few years. Each stool measures 15.75" W x 17.71" Dx 33.6” with a seat height of 29”
