Constructed of glazed silver elm wood and featuring a total of seven dovetail jointed drawers of increasing size, each opening via a pair of sculptural brass plated zinc pulls, the 'Precedent' dresser was designed by Edward Wormley and manufactured by Drexel in the late 1940s. Designed with a mix of simple lines and an eye for classical details, this spacious chest is in fantastic shape, with beautiful color and woodgrain and a lustrous finish, and features two drawers with removable wooden dividers and a glass top with blue-green edges. A bright, cozy piece that can hang comfortably in any interior.
