Delivery and storage policy
While we do not ship items via mail, we can schedule delivery to the New York City area using a trusted third party: either a professional moving company or a man-with-van service. We can also coordinate delivery outside New York State using an interstate shipper. The price of delivery depends on travel distance, tolls, item size and weight, number of stairs, and delivery date. (Additional fees may apply for buildings requiring a Certificate of Insurance. ) Customers are also welcome to coordinate delivery with their own preferred delivery service.
When you add an item to your shopping cart, you'll get a prompt asking whether you would like to pick up your items in-store or schedule delivery. If you choose to schedule delivery, please call our friendly sales staff at 718-260-8032 so that we can set up a delivery time that works best for you!
Please note that we are a small shop, and we are unable to store purchased items for longer than one week. To avoid incurring a storage fee of a minimum of $75 per item per week, please call us within one week after your purchase date to coordinate delivery or pickup unless we have agreed to a different arrangement. If an item has not been picked up after one month it will be restocked for no refund. Sorry about any inconvenience.
RePOP does not offer returns. All sales are final and all merchandise is sold as is. Since all our merchandise is vintage, the condition of each individual piece will vary uniquely according to age, storage conditions, and level of use; all our measurements are approximate, so items may vary slightly in true dimensions. We pride ourselves on stocking second-hand items that are in very good to excellent condition, and we do our best to provide you with as much information as possible about our stock. In the rare event that an item is purchased in-store at the same as your credit card payment is processing online, your payment will be refunded in full. If you have tax exempt status, you must make your purchase in-store or over the phone. We cannot remove tax for online purchases and we cannot change a sale total once it has been charged to your credit card. Remember, all sales are final, so please contact us before making a purchase if you have any concerns or questions.
